This means that if bitStarz encountered an issue with withdrawals 23 hours ago, or had a large number of withdrawals placed, this figure could appear higher than it actually is.
That being said, if you’re expecting a cashout to take 15 minutes and it takes 2 minutes, you’re not going to complain, are you?
So, worst case scenario is that your cashout does take 15 minutes, and best case is that it’s much faster.
